Jobs
The Jobs section — replication jobs grouped by plan, VM, and disk, and recovery jobs for test, full, and migration operations.

The Jobs section provides a real-time overview of every replication and recovery action in the system. Detailed information is kept for every job executed, both system- and user-initiated. Job and sync status values are defined in Status check.
Replication jobs
Replication jobs are grouped three ways:
Protection plan
Lists each plan with its running state, configured RPO (met or breached per VM), and in-sync count. Expanding a plan shows per-VM replication information:

| Name | VM associated with the protection plan. |
| Replication Enabled | Whether replication is enabled for the VM. |
| Total Changed / Total Transferred | Total data changed and total data transferred to the replication server. |
| Data Reduction (%) | Overall reduction from compression and dedupe. |
| Latest Job Status | Status of the latest replication iteration. |
| Latest Sync Status | Current sync state — see Status check for the full vocabulary. |
| Last Sync Time | When the last known-good snapshot was taken, with an indicator showing whether the VM meets its RPO. |
Virtual machines
Per-VM iteration history: total iterations completed, changed and transferred data, replication duration, job status, sync status, and sync time. Hover failed rows for failure detail; hover the duration column for start and end times.
Disks
Per-disk replication detail for each protected VM:

| Disk Id / Iteration | The disk and the iteration the job belongs to. |
| Type | Full — entire disk replicated. Incremental — only changes since the last iteration. |
| Data Changed / Data Transferred | Changed data discovered and data actually sent. |
| Replication Duration / Job Status | Iteration duration and outcome. |
Recovery jobs
The Recovery tab tracks running, completed, partially completed, and failed recovery operations, grouped by protection plan and by VM:

|---|---|
| Virtual Machine | Recovered or migrated VM. |
| Duration | Time to complete the recovery or migration. |
| Recovery Type | Full Recovery, Test Recovery, or Migration. |
| Job Status | Completed, Started, Partially Completed, or Failed. |
| IP Address | IP of the recovered VM — with an RDP file download for Windows guests. |
Recovery jobs show the current step while running. The validation step applies to Windows VMs only (all platform pairs). Cleanup operations triggered from Cleanup Recoveries also appear here as jobs.
If a job's status disagrees with the actual instance state in the platform (for example Pending CSP Validation after you fixed the guest), use Refresh recovery status.
