Configure SMTP email settings and per-recipient event subscriptions so critical alerts reach the right people.

Email notifications deliver critical alert details to subscribed recipients, and power scheduled reports. Configure them under Settings → Email.
Configure the email account
Click Configure now and provide:

| Email Address | string | required | Address used to send communication alerts. |
| Email Password | string | required | Password for SMTP authentication. Encrypted before being saved to the database. |
| SMTP Host | string | required | SMTP hostname or server IP address. |
| SMTP Port | number | required | SMTP port number. |
| SSL Certificate Verification | boolean | optional | Enable when the SMTP server is secured with an installed SSL certificate. |
| Test Configuration | action | optional | Sends a test email to the configured address using the SMTP settings before saving. |
Add recipients
Once the account is configured, the Email Recipients section unlocks:
Add a recipient
Click + New and provide the recipient's email address.
Subscribe to events
Select the events for which this recipient should receive email.
Save
Click Configure. Use the action options later to reconfigure a recipient's subscriptions or remove them from the list.
