Reporting

Reports aggregate nodes, events, alerts, and job data into exportable documents — on demand or on a schedule with email delivery. Generate them under Monitor → Reports.

Generate a report

1. Select content and duration

   Pick the components to include (nodes, events, alerts, jobs / protection plans). Select All from the Protection Plan dropdown to include every plan, or pick a specific one. Choose the duration: current week, current month, current year, or Custom with explicit start and end dates.

2. Generate and export

   Click Generate Report, then Export to download as .pdf or .xlsx.

Scheduled reports

Schedule recurring reports with email delivery under Monitor → Reports → Scheduled Reports → + New.

1. Frequency

   Choose Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, then set the generation time: the hour (hourly), exact time (daily), day of week plus time (weekly), or date plus time (monthly).

2. Content

   Select what the report includes — nodes, events, alerts, protection plans — and the report format.

3. Recipients

   Add the recipient email addresses.

4. Summary

   Review the configuration and save. The schedule appears in the Scheduled Reports list, where it can be edited or removed.
